I want to report a serious concern with The Premium Lodge Yishun's item that I purchased on March 22, 2012 from your Lake Chloe, Vermont store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lexus B., but my issue remains unresolved.
