I purchased a application from Excel Fund LLC on May 23, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Everette A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
