Excel Fund LLC provided defective product

On October 17, 1995, I signed up for Excel Fund LLC's exchange program at their Huelville, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $491.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Silas W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
