Venture of Heritage refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2735-IHO-9695 placed with Venture of Heritage on October 2, 1985. I paid $735.25 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ernest K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
