Quality issues with Superior Components LLC product

On July 24, 1981, I signed up for Superior Components LLC's training session at their Smithamchester, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $632.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gudrun O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
