Credit card dispute with Global Reserve Partners

On September 8, 2018, I signed up for Global Reserve Partners's delivery service at their East Jermain, Utah location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $132.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Paula Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
