Properties Team failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3911-HCP-7690 placed with Properties Team on October 6, 1998. I paid $282.49 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nicklaus G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
