Overcharged by Ultimate Structures for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9816-MFV-5066 placed with Ultimate Structures on April 19, 1985. I paid $958.5 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lincoln Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
