I am writing regarding order #ORD-7648-GBC-7349 placed with Pro Design on January 6, 1970. I paid $188.64 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marty Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Pro Design contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
