I am writing regarding order #ORD-7648-GBC-7349 placed with Pro Design on January 6, 1970. I paid $188.64 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marty Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
