On June 28, 1977, I signed up for Unified Forge Inc's exchange program at their West Alizatown, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $135.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lillie G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
