Refund refused by Palace at Golden

On December 29, 2015, I signed up for Palace at Golden's technical assistance at their Lake Lysannehaven, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $688.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kaylah L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
