I am writing regarding order #ORD-1409-FYY-3662 placed with The Crystal Hotel on November 17, 1998. I paid $876.74 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ethan Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
