I purchased a subscription from Modern Engineering & Sons International on November 11, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Muriel T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
