I purchased a unit from Treasury of Secure on September 2, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bo N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
