I have been a loyal customer of Works Incorporated for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2945-CQP-3727) on September 22, 1971, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
