I have been a loyal customer of Works Incorporated for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-5709-FGG-7947) on June 22, 1988, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
