Delayed delivery from Tranquil Mansion

On May 15, 2006, I signed up for Tranquil Mansion's premium plan at their Lake Blaise, California location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $161.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Michele J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
