Account access issues with Credit Trust LLC

On May 11, 2018, I signed up for Credit Trust LLC's warranty service at their Schroederberg, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $797.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tracy N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
