Frustrated with Credit Trust LLC's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6562-TQY-7209 placed with Credit Trust LLC on May 4, 2006. I paid $69.49 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dennis I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
