Frustrated with Works Manufacturing's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5707-FOJ-7632 placed with Works Manufacturing on August 8, 2022. I paid $206.56 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Monique Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
