I am writing regarding order #ORD-4172-ZMF-9337 placed with Dynamic Renovations Kanpur on April 9, 1977. I paid $389.27 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brenna Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
