I have been a loyal customer of Money of Prime for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-2280-IBT-6455) on April 2, 2003, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
