Warranty claim denied by Money of Prime

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6748-JIR-4383 placed with Money of Prime on May 18, 1973. I paid $325.32 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vinnie R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
