Warranty claim denied by Modern Properties

I purchased a gadget from Modern Properties on March 28, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Malinda A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
