Master Architecture Development failed to honor their commitment

On September 18, 1996, I signed up for Master Architecture Development's return process at their New Jasper, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $639.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dallin C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
