I have been a loyal customer of Unified-Components for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-9506-MAE-8906) on November 27, 1974, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
