Quality issues with Accommodations at Royal Holdings product

I purchased a membership from Accommodations at Royal Holdings on July 13, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Price L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
