Advanced Production International failed to honor their commitment

On July 26, 1997, I signed up for Advanced Production International's support package at their McDermottstad, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $508.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Claudia O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
