I purchased a unit from Paradise Oasis Experiences on February 8, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Karianne Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
