Refund refused by Paradise Oasis Experiences

On May 10, 1979, I signed up for Paradise Oasis Experiences's training session at their Port Elainaborough, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $669.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Estevan B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
