Unresolved issue with Escape at Golden Kitchener Holdings product

On March 3, 1996, I signed up for Escape at Golden Kitchener Holdings's support package at their New Rooseveltville, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $692.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Peter C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
