Overcharged by TrustBank for service

On February 1, 2022, I signed up for TrustBank's installation service at their Hermannville, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $280.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bulah X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
