I am writing regarding order #ORD-4856-BFY-6457 placed with Fund Corporation LLC on November 28, 2003. I paid $593.85 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Florencio Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
