Frustrated with Lodge International Holdings's lack of response

On March 7, 2021, I signed up for Lodge International Holdings's installation service at their New Elsa, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $953.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vince H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
