I am writing regarding order #ORD-6868-AOX-4615 placed with Accommodations Getaways São Luís on August 22, 2015. I paid $81.92 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Harrison B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
