I purchased a subscription from Golden Retreat Reims Ltd. on August 4, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ferne K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
