Poor customer service experience with Elite Craft Ltd.

On September 2, 1975, I signed up for Elite Craft Ltd.'s setup assistance at their New Brennanborough, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $894.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Barry R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
