Overcharged by Properties Specialists for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7612-UYL-3601 placed with Properties Specialists on September 9, 2002. I paid $717.69 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tatum B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
