I am writing regarding order #ORD-5802-ZBJ-8742 placed with Elite Fabrication Inc on October 3, 1983. I paid $322.9 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Name W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
