Unsatisfactory resolution from Elite Fabrication Inc

On February 28, 2018, I signed up for Elite Fabrication Inc's training session at their Auroreton, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $543.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Monte F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
