I purchased a item from Standard Builders International on October 19, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Julien Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
