Refund refused by Superior Renovations & Sons Enterprises

On April 8, 2012, I signed up for Superior Renovations & Sons Enterprises's warranty service at their Walterberg, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $543.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jacklyn L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
