I purchased a tool from Development Enterprises on August 20, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gilda K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
