Unresolved issue with Savings of Trust product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2003-YJR-5219 placed with Savings of Trust on June 7, 1999. I paid $726.90 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jackie V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
