Unresolved issue with Assembly International Lucknow Corp. product

On April 23, 1987, I signed up for Assembly International Lucknow Corp.'s delivery service at their Port Gabriella, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $970.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deron Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
