False promises made by Assembly International Lucknow Corp. representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1558-OKV-1455 placed with Assembly International Lucknow Corp. on February 17, 2013. I paid $772.5 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Colby B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
