Credit card dispute with Securities Brokers Group

On May 2, 2013, I signed up for Securities Brokers Group's training session at their Welchland, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $657.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kay K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
