Unsatisfactory resolution from United Reserve Trust Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7289-NOG-1891 placed with United Reserve Trust Group on July 2, 2005. I paid $27.35 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Evelyn O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
