Frustrated with United Reserve Trust Group's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3945-ZGO-7171 placed with United Reserve Trust Group on May 28, 1972. I paid $196.42 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wilma U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
