Unsatisfactory resolution from Lodge at Grand

I want to report a serious concern with Lodge at Grand's system that I purchased on July 12, 2016 from your Ginaland, Arkansas store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bert L., but my issue remains unresolved.
